Greeting – Registration and log signing Greeting activity : “Avalanche of geocachers” Booths visit - Geoshop: Pick-up the geocoins your ordered and shop! - Travel Bugs and geocoins: deposits, to be exchanged later - Ticket sales : half-&-half and GPS draw (Oregon 650) - Contests : Submit your cache for the cache design contest Proposed activities for the morning - Main activities (“Geocacher’s logbook”) - Snowmen hunt - New caches around the park, Waymarks, Munzees and many more - New Wherigo - “The geo-connected circuit” activity for the kids and their parents |

Time limit for registration at the Greeting’s booth. The event logbook will be available until end of day. |

Lunch. Throughout the day, you be able to buy coffee, hot chocolate and snacks at the Québec Géocaching Association canteen. |

Proposed activities for the afternoon - Continuation of morning activities and booths visit, geocaching, waymarks and munzees - Travel Bugs and Geocoin exchange (time limit 2:30pm) - Draw for door prizes (winners’ names will be posted at the table of door prizes) |

Collectors’ corner : Come show off your collectibles, sell them, exchange them or simply admire geocoins of the collectors. |

Assessment of the caches submitted for the cache design contest by the judges and deliberation. |

Draw for the winner of the Greeting’s activity, the winner of the “Geocacher’s Logbook” activities, the winner of the “kid” activity, the winner of the door prizes, the winner of the “Golden Cache” trophy, the winner of the half-&-half and, the winner of the GPS. |
